TERMS OF DONATION PAYMENT
The Consumer Protection Act (N. N. 41/2014), Chapter III applies to business conditions. - Conclusion of off-premises contracts and distance contracts, from Article 57 to Article 79. After your donation, you will receive a donation confirmation. If you have not received a confirmation by e-mail, the payment will not be processed, and you will be informed of the reason for non-payment, for example, the donation is not available/possible at a certain time.
PAYMENT TERMS AND DEADLINES
The donor can make a donation as a registered or unregistered user. The donation is considered completed when the donor goes through the entire donation payment procedure.Payment/donation can be made in the following ways: E-banking, General payment, Credit card payment:, Payment/donation payment directly online, using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro credit card payment services.
METHOD OF PROTECTING CONFIDENTIAL DATA
ROLETEX DALMACIJA undertakes to provide protection to users' personal data, in such a way that it collects only necessary, basic data about users that are necessary for the fulfilment of our obligations; informs users about the way to use the collected data. All user data is strictly kept and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All employees and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

We want to be as transparent as possible, so we offer you the option of choosing how you want us to use your personal data. You choose how you want us to address you - for example, which channels (for example, e-mail, post, phone...).

ROLETEX DALMACIJA association is located on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
